Return or Exchange Policy
At Simplified Bedding, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Items purchased at full price may be exchanged, replaced or returned within 14 days of purchase, given that they are in new, unwashed condition within their original packaging. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Simplified Bedding.

Details
If you wish to return your merchandise, please call or email before you do so. Calling or emailing ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation while providing you with the best possible customer service. We assure you speaking to us will expedite any return or exchange process.

• Items should be unused, unwashed, salable, and returned in their original product packaging.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
• Upon arrival at Simplified Bedding offices, all returned items will go through our inspection process.
• If you received a wrong item or an item that is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge.
• Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Simplified Bedding. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our office and processing from your bank or credit card company.

Returning a Gift
We would be happy to offer you an exchange for your gift following the return guidelines above. Please note, however, that we are unable to issue cash refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Simplified Bedding.

Taxes
Colorado Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Colorado

Payment Information
Simplified Bedding accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal for all on-line orders. Paypal is not accepted when ordering by phone. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Merchandise Availability
Simplified Bedding makes every effort to ensure availability; however on occasion, items may be limited or sold out due to demand levels.

Safety
Parents and caregivers assume all liability for maintaining the safety of those under their care while using Simplified Bedding products.
